• Must have attended an accredited postsecondary institution 
• Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.2/4.0
• Must have completed degree within three years of hiring date 
• Students cannot be accepted into a graduate program
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
• Position is limited to a two-year appointment

• Must be enrolled in and receive six credit hours per semester
• Students in their dissertation phase must enroll in a minimum of one credit hour per semester
