The Women's Mentorship Program through the postdoc program office is designed to facilitate intentional mentorship opportunities and relationships within the LANL network of women. These relationships are intended to engage women in an inclusive, diverse, and welcoming culture of connection and wellbeing.

The postdoc program office hopes to provide an inclusive space for women to learn from one another, and to help mentees explore and pursue their professional and personal goals. The Women's Mentorship Program will make mindful matches that are beneficial to both mentors and mentees.  Participants in this program will also be invited to attend monthly programming organized by our office consisting of speaker series, workshops, community service, and social events. All postdocs are welcome to attend the monthly meeting, not just women participating in the program.

Our goal is to create a program that is women-focused and aims to make the existing network of women at LANL more accessible.

Any postdoc who identifies as a woman can apply to be a mentee. Mentees are admitted to the program quarterly, so applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
